Returns Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.

We do not accept returns on:

Resistance bands, yoga mats, or other personal-use fitness accessories once opened (for hygiene reasons)

Digital or downloadable items

Sale or clearance items

Because we operate via dropshipping, return addresses and processes may vary depending on the supplier. Please do not send your return to the address on the package. You can always contact us for any return question at info@pulza.com.au.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

A description of the issue

Photos or videos of the item and packaging

We will review the claim and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

 

Change of mind

We understand that sometimes, you may simply change your mind. However, due to the nature of our dropshipping fulfilment process, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind in most cases. This includes:

Ordering the wrong item or size

No longer wanting the item

Unexpected delivery times (unless significantly delayed)

 

Exception:

If the item is unused, in original packaging, and you contact us within 7 days of delivery, we may be able to assist on a case-by-case basis. Please note:

 

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

A restocking fee (up to 25%) may apply, depending on the supplier

Some items (e.g., personal fitness gear, supplements, digital products) are not eligible for return under any change-of-mind reason

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If your return is rejected (e.g., due to condition or ineligibility), we will notify you by email.

Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
